Voice Engineer

TEKsystems has a client that is in need of adding two new Voice Engineers to their team to help support both their Cisco and Avaya hybrid telephony environment.

On a day to day basis, these two engineers will be engineering their Cisco + Avaya systems, supporting lifecycle refresh projects, Q work, and additional facility projects.

These two consultants will travel from time to time to any of the facilities (Metro Detroit, Grand Rapids + Southwest - St. John's area), so you must be comfortable with heading to different sites from time to time.

This is budgeted through 2025, but will likely go for a minimum of 12 months.

Additional skills/technologies that would be nice to have: SIP trunking, Session Manager, SPCs
