Description
This is a hands-on manufacturing engineering role with regular time spent on the production floor. The engineer will support and improve manufacturing processes—both existing and newly developed—to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting product specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, specify, source, and validate tooling, fixtures, machinery, and production equipment to support optimized manufacturing methods.
- Provide direct support to manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, process failures, and quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain detailed layouts for facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Support the launch of new and revised products by coordinating manufacturing readiness activities, setting performance targets, training production personnel, and evaluating results post-launch.
- Apply data-driven and statistical analysis techniques to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Research, develop, and refine manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment solutions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. Experience with 3D CAD software, Inventor preferred, is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
