You will join a clean, team-oriented, and laid-back work environment that values collaboration and learning. You will work in small, close-knit teams, benefit from a supportive culture, and have the chance to contribute as the shift and department continue to grow.
Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a large, very clean and quiet manufacturing facility focused on manual assembly work. You will work on 2nd shift, typically from 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, as part of small teams of roughly 4–6 people, with around 20 people on the shift as it continues to build out. The assembly line is non-automated and team-based, and you will also participate in wire spooling activities. The facility uses fans and is not temperature controlled, so conditions may vary with the seasons. The work involves manual labor, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. The dress code is casual but safety-focused: shirts with sleeves (short or long), shorts or pants without holes, and steel-toe boots are required. You may wear headphones with one earbud during work.
