We're seeking CNC Machinists with experience running CNC mills or lathes who want to work in a professional environment focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

1st Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
2nd Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- 25% Shift Differential
Weekend Shift
- Friday – Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
- 25% Shift Differential
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills and multi-axis lathes
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and fixture setups
- Run both short-run and long-run production jobs
- Make minor CNC program edits and offset adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect your own parts using:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Height gages
- Precision measuring equipment
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
- Machine aluminum and steel components
- Record production and inspection data using iPads and digital tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
- Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes
- Blueprint reading experience
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Ability to perform in-process inspections
- Comfortable making minor program edits
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
- Multi-axis lathe experience
- Haas mill experience
- Advanced setup experience
- Aluminum and steel machining experience
- Manufacturing experience in a precision machining environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
