Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing first-shift team. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving electrical and mechanical issues, and working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a stable, family-owned company.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Work with electrical systems, PLCs, 480V equipment, and electrical schematics.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
- Complete equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist with light facility maintenance as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and reading schematics.
- Working knowledge of 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Welding experience is a plus.

Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
