Maintenance Mechanic
Pay: Up to $37/hr

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in keeping advanced automated manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on position that blends preventative maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and continuous improvement work—perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working independently.
What You’ll Do
You’ll spend your time making a real impact across three key areas:
Preventative Maintenance (≈50%)
Keep equipment running smoothly by performing scheduled maintenance that reduces downtime and extends machine life.
Troubleshooting & Repairs (≈35%)
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems—getting production back online quickly and safely.
Projects & Improvements (≈15%)
Contribute to upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose electrical systems including PLC-controlled equipment and 480V circuits
- Maintain 3-phase motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Support equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Perform light facility maintenance when needed
- Use welding skills for repairs or fabrication (if applicable)
- Independently manage work orders and priorities
- Accurately document maintenance activities and findings
What You Bring
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (required)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with 3-phase motors and 480V systems
- Confidence working independently and solving problems on the fly
- Preventative maintenance experience on industrial equipment
Bonus Skills
- Technical degree in a related field
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Hydraulics experience
- Continuous improvement or project-based work exposure

Work Environment
You’ll work in a modern manufacturing setting surrounded by advanced automation and industrial systems. Expect hands-on work with:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
