This role focuses on the hand assembly of sandwiches, salads, and wraps in a production warehouse environment. You will prepare and package food products for shipment, stock and palletize items, and ensure all workstations remain clean and organized. The position involves working with a variety of meats and requires consistent attention to quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities- Hand-assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Package all finished food products accurately and securely for shipment.
- Stock prepared products and organize them on pallets for shipment and distribution.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation throughout the shift and perform thorough cleaning of all work areas at the end of the day.
- Work safely and efficiently with all types of meats, following food safety and handling guidelines.
- Support general food production tasks, including food preparation, order picking, and food distribution as needed.
- Follow all production, safety, and hygiene procedures, including guidelines related to attire and personal items.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality in line with strict attendance expectations.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in general hand packaging or production.
- Ability to perform food packaging, food production, and general labor tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Experience with food preparation, including sandwich making and related food prep activities.
- Ability to work with all types of meats in a safe and consistent manner.
- Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive hand-assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Reliable attendance and ability to adhere to strict attendance policies.
- Experience in food distribution, order picking, and packaging operations.
- Comfort working in a colder production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent product quality.
- Willingness to comply with attire and accessory guidelines, including avoiding strong fragrances and limiting jewelry.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
