Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Business development and client relationship management experience is a plus.
