- Assist with general shop and production support duties, including sweeping and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Shrink wrap and package materials or completed units to prepare them for storage or shipment.

- Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures while working with tools, equipment, and materials.

- At least 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal, mechanical assembly, or a similar production environment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Basic electrical assembly skills, including working with wiring and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and quality procedures.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
- Ability to contribute to a fun, team-oriented culture, including participating in team activities and celebrations.
- Interest in long-term growth with a company that values development and internal advancement.
- Openness to working on different shifts as the team expands and production needs evolve.
