What You'll DoRead and follow route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Apply adhesives and sealants with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed products to ensure IPC quality standards are met.
- Track and enter work orders using the Paradigm system.
- Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
