Construction Superintendent

My client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service construction management firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success within the life science industry and growth since their inception. All projects will be located in the Twin Cities or larger metro area.

Job Description:

• Will be attending meetings with client & contractor
• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors
• Conduct quality & safety inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection effort
• Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports
• Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman’s meetings
• Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 10, 2026.
