Description
Our client is looking for a help desk analyst to join their team! We're looking for individuals with AT LEAST 1 year of IT experience and a CompTIA A+ certification. If this sounds like you, apply now!
Responsibilities Include:
• Desktop & Printer support
• Workstation application support
• Server application support
• Line of business application support
• Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients
• Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails
• Creating and managing user accounts
• New PC and workstation setups
• Assist with Managing MS O365 licensing
• Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices
• Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect
• Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.
• Assist with onsite support as needed
• Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk
department
• Documentation using company software
