Description

- Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.

- Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import Export Regulations.

- Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics international freight forwarding and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule or Schedule B commodity codes.

- Creating Proforma Invoices Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data NAFTA Certificates of Origin Filing Shippers.

- Export Declarations Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System Shipment Tracking and Follow Up Logistics Coordinating/Assistance Compliance/Audit Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices.
