Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hour (depends on experience)
What You'll Do
As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will help manufacture medical device components used around the world. You will work in a modern cleanroom environment performing production, assembly, inspection, molding, and material preparation tasks while ensuring products meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic components
- Trim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standards
- Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work
- Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production
- Complete production documentation and quality records
- Use hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
No prior manufacturing experience required. We will train the right candidate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment
You'll work in a bright, modern cleanroom facility with advanced manufacturing equipment. The environment is temperature-controlled, highly organized, and maintained to strict cleanliness standards. Employees use specialized production equipment, microscopes, and hand tools to create high-quality medical device components.
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Mon-Fri)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orono, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
