Welder/Fabricator

We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on custom heavy-duty trucks and tractors, using your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality equipment that performs in the field every day. What You'll Do
- Perform heavy-gauge MIG welding and fabrication on heavy-duty trucks and tractor components.
- Read and work from hand drawings and shop instructions.
- Use fabrication equipment to cut, fit, and prepare materials.
- Operate plasma cutters, drills, and other shop tools.
- Inspect welds and finished assemblies to ensure quality and durability standards are met.
- Collaborate with a team focused on producing custom, high-quality equipment.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of heavy steel welding experience.
- Strong experience with heavy-gauge MIG welding using wire-feed systems.
- Experience operating a plasma torch.
- Experience using an acetylene torch.
- Ability to work independently and produce quality welds with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on custom trucks or heavy equipment.
- Exposure to hydraulic systems.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Fabrication experience beyond welding is a plus.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
