Quality Inspector – 1st Shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime

What You’ll Do
- Inspect incoming PCBAs and electronic components for quality and compliance
- Perform microscope inspections (solder joints, wiring, board integrity)
- Use precision tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, vision systems
- Compare parts to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Identify and document defects & non-conformances in QMS systems
- Review travelers, conformance reports, and inspection documentation
- Support final inspections and overall quality processes
- Partner with production teams in a cell-based environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of quality inspection experience (electronics or mechanical)
- Strong experience with PCBA / circuit board inspection
- Comfortable working under a microscope for detailed inspections
- Skilled with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Experience documenting results in QMS, Excel, or similar systems
- Sharp eye for detail and ability to identify defects accurately
Nice-to-Have (Big Plus!)
- IPC 610/620 certification (current or past)
- Experience with CMMs, MicroVues, or vision systems
- Experience in medical device or electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with cell-based production environments

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
