Machine Operator – Manufacturing
Overview
Join a stable manufacturing team operating molding, machining, and casting equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, material handling, and quality inspection.
What You’ll Do
- Operate molding, machining, and casting machines
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Prepare molds, place inserts, and handle materials (including sand)
- Use hand and power tools to trim and finish parts
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards
- Stack and palletize finished products
- Lift and move materials up to 100 lbs regularly
- Monitor equipment and maintain production flow
- Follow all safety and housekeeping standards
What You Bring
- Experience with hand, power, or pneumatic tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Comfortable working in a warm production environment
- Able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Blueprint reading experience
- Forklift or skid steer experience
- General production or material handling background
- Willingness to learn and grow across departments

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Peter, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.25/hr.
