Landscape Technician – Spring Touch

As a Landscape Technician, you will apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments in alignment with company standards and state regulations. You’ll diagnose lawn and pest issues, recommend effective solutions, and communicate with customers about the services performed and any additional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments according to Spring Touch standards and state regulations.
• Operate and maintain equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and company vehicles.
• Diagnose lawn and pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding completed services and future recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Spring Touch with professionalism.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• General labor experience in landscaping or construction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide applicator license (training provided).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. Technicians will operate and maintain landscaping equipment and company vehicles while ensuring safety, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Peter, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
