Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join an active construction team in Savage, MN. This role supports a variety of job site operations and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks on job sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all job site safety procedures and company guidelines
- Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work:
- Lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively on a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
