- Process accounts receivable invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Daily cash application including credit card payments and bank deposit.
- Process and distribute project invoices/billing.
- Process daily A/P batch coding and distribute to designated staff members
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Works within well-defined instructions
- Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks
- Work is closely supervised
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-confident, strong communication skills and inquisitive
- Good judgment, problem solving skills, and ability to see the big picture"
- Handle stress, manage time and people and analyze numbers
- 1 - 3 years' experience in accounting.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
