🔧 Maintenance Technician - Keep the Operation Running

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly. What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same. You'll spend your shift:
Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
Replacing motors, bearings, belts, chains, gears, and other machine components
Diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Performing preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns
Inspecting equipment and identifying potential problems before they become costly failures
Working with operations teams to minimize downtime and keep production moving
Documenting repairs and maintenance activities
Maintaining a safe work environment while working on production equipment and boiler systems
What We're Looking For
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance
- Ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing repairs
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Bonus Points For
- Boiler or steam system experience
- Manufacturing or production facility maintenance experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.50 - $35.75/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
