Job Title: MIG Welder
Pay: 20-24/hr
1st Shift - 5am-3:30pm - M-Th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on stainless steel parts and assemblies
- Set up and operate welding equipment for different jobs
- Read blueprints and weld symbols to complete work accurately
- Measure and apply basic shop math for precise fabrication
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength standards
- Assist with part preparation and fabrication tasks
- Adapt to changing projects in a fast-paced job-shop environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
Requirements:
- MIG welding experience or welding certification
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Knowledge of welding safety practices
- Experience with stainless steel preferred
- Team player with strong attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Non-climate-controlled fabrication shop (dusty but ventilated)
- Work with welding equipment and metal materials daily
- 1st & 2nd shifts available (4-day work week + OT on Fridays)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
