- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a maintenance team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures and safety practices.
- Willingness to work on different shifts as needed by the operation.
You will join a production facility that values skilled tradespeople and offers the opportunity to grow your abilities across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. The environment provides consistent, full-time work with clearly defined shifts, allowing you to plan your life outside of work. You will work with a variety of equipment, gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting, and build a solid foundation for long-term career development in maintenance.
Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that produces spices, sauces, and breading, where strong food ingredients and very spicy seasonings may be present in the air and can occasionally irritate individuals or trigger allergies. The plant operates multiple shifts, including 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.), and 3rd shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), with a current opening on 2nd shift. The work involves hands-on tasks around production machinery and equipment, requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting 50+ pounds. Team members follow specific procedures for handling and washing clothing to prevent product cross-contamination.
