Why Work Here?
You will join a team-oriented, supportive environment where culture and collaboration are highly valued. The facility is clean, organized, and climate controlled, providing a comfortable and professional setting to work in every day. There is a clear opportunity to grow and advance, including long-term, contract-to-hire potential and future exposure to an increasingly automated operation. You will contribute to meaningful, impactful work that directly supports patient care, while being part of a group that works together to achieve shared success.
Work Environment
This role is based in a very clean, organized, and climate-controlled warehouse that distributes medical device implants. The facility is large, so you should expect substantial walking throughout your shift. The typical schedule runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the requirement to be available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and the possibility of starting earlier or staying later based on business needs. Saturday shifts generally start around 5:00 a.m. and run until approximately 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. You will work in a highly team-oriented environment where collaboration and culture are important, and everyone contributes to getting orders processed accurately and on time. The facility uses RF scan guns, warehouse management systems, SAP, and various material handling equipment such as reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts. The warehouse operates under clear rules for safety and focus: cell phones are not allowed on the floor, and headphones are prohibited; lockers are provided for personal items, though availability may vary.
