This role focuses on accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment using RF scanners and material handling equipment. You will help ensure products are correctly palletized, wrapped, and staged for shipment while supporting stock replenishment and basic inventory control activities.
Responsibilities- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners in accordance with work orders.
- Palletize products according to specific work order requirements to ensure safe and organized shipments.
- Shrink wrap completed pallets to secure products for outgoing shipments.
- Stage pallets in designated areas of the warehouse using pallet jacks to support shipping and logistics operations.
- Assist with stock replenishment by moving, organizing, and restocking inventory in assigned locations.
- Support inventory control activities by helping to maintain accurate stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines when operating equipment and handling products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- At least 6 months of production or warehouse experience.
- Experience performing general labor tasks in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to use RF scanners to pick and track orders.
- Experience with order picking and packing processes.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks safely to move and stage pallets.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work orders accurately.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking products throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with forklift operations in a warehouse environment.
- Comfort working with RF scanning technology and basic warehouse systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with a scheduled lunch break from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. You will work on-site around pallets, material handling equipment, and RF scanners, performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and staging products. The setting is active and production-focused, requiring appropriate attire suitable for a warehouse environment and adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
