This role focuses on accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment using RF scanners and basic material handling equipment. You will support daily operations by organizing, palletizing, and staging products for shipment while helping maintain accurate inventory levels.
Responsibilities- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners in accordance with work orders.
- Palletize products according to work order specifications to ensure safe and organized shipments.
- Shrink wrap completed pallets to secure products for outgoing shipments.
- Stage pallets in designated areas of the warehouse using pallet jacks to support shipping and logistics.
- Replenish stock in picking locations to ensure product availability for order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including counting, tracking, and verifying product quantities.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Minimum of 6 months of production or warehouse experience.
- Experience performing general labor tasks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use RF scanners for picking and tracking orders.
- Experience with order picking and packing processes.
- Ability to palletize and shrink wrap products for shipment.
- Basic experience using pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Previous forklift experience is beneficial.
- Experience in inventory control or stock replenishment is an asset.
- Comfort working with general warehouse tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow work orders and instructions.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic in a team-oriented environment.

Work EnvironmentYou work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with a consistent daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The role includes a scheduled lunch break from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. You perform your duties in an active warehouse setting that involves standing, walking, and handling materials throughout the shift while using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
