What You'll Do
Lead Project Delivery
- Direct architectural projects through all phases, from programming and concept development through construction administration.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Drive Design and Technical Excellence
- Participate in design development, construction documentation, and quality control.
- Utilize Revit to develop coordinated, accurate, and innovative design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, client requirements, and industry standards.
Manage Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and project discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build trusted partnerships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Coordinate Teams and Consultants
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consulting partners throughout project execution.
- Facilitate coordination efforts to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Champion Project Success
- Identify and mitigate risks before they become obstacles.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategic solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 10-15+ years of professional architectural experience
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Advanced Revit proficiency and working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Demonstrated success managing complex architectural projects
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants
