Part-Time Small Office Coordinator
(Field Representative II - MS Onsite Technical Support)

Part-Time | 12 Hours per Week

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Hours: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Position Profile

This position is accountable for the daily operations of a small office. The role includes performing contracted office services such as landlord coordination, facilities walk-throughs, housekeeping inspections, mail and stationery management, and light troubleshooting of AV, voice, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations in a small office environment
  • Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure the space is well maintained
  • Submit and follow up on work orders for facility-related issues
  • Maintain inventory and order specific supplies using the customer's procurement system
  • Troubleshoot onsite AV conference room equipment and escalate issues as needed
  • Identify issues with voice and network services and notify appropriate support teams
  • Operate required equipment/software effectively to meet service levels
  • Liaise with facility management, vendors, and office occupants as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Professional presence and customer service skills required
