Why Work Here?
You will join a growing operation at its headquarters location, where expansion of major product lines creates long-term opportunities for skilled technicians. The environment emphasizes structured training, staggered onboarding, and clear work instructions to help you succeed and advance through technician levels. You will work in a clean, well-organized facility with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, while contributing to high-impact projects for leading commercial truck brands.
Work Environment
This is a first-shift role in a production and modification facility working primarily Monday through Thursday from approximately 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Some information also notes a schedule of 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m Monday through Friday, with weekday opportunities to stay until 4:00 p.m depending on workload. The facility is very clean and organized but not climate-controlled, so conditions can vary with the seasons. You will work by yourself in certain departments and as part of a team of 23 people in others, using hand and impact tools throughout the day on heavy trucks in bays and assembly line areas.
