Hiring a Customer Service Representative!
The Customer Service Representative provides high‑quality support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving service or billing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information.
Resolve service or billing complaints, including exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.
Contact customers to provide updates on claim investigations and resolution steps.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Document all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Maintain professionalism and customer advocacy in every interaction.
Manage workload independently while meeting service expectations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5–7 years of customer service experience, ideally in a high‑volume or complex support environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to accurately document customer information.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, data entry tools, and general computer applications.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
