Job Title: SAP ECC Analyst
Job Description
As an SAP ECC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing local master data creation, development, and maintenance processes. You will interpret Supply Chain Management-related data using a variety of techniques ranging from simple aggregations and statistical analyses to complex data mining and forecasting techniques. You will also create transparency in the Supply Chain by developing metrics and monitoring systems to track, analyze, and improve master data quality, transaction data timeliness, and adherence to global standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage local master data creation, development, and maintenance processes.
- Interpret and analyze Supply Chain Management-related data using various techniques.
- Create transparency in the Supply Chain by developing metrics and monitoring systems.
- Establish and maintain standards, SOPs, and requirements for Site CL master data.
- Ensure that all master data and product transfer project goals are accomplished according to project timelines and business specifications.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize logistics workflow processes to improve production, distribution, communication, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate and manage master data work with GBS, CoreMasterData, and other corporate groups.
- Participate in Area Responsible Super User meetings and workshops.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Excel and SAP ECC required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning or Supporting Manufacturing required.
- Minimum of five years of SAP experience in modules, ECC (ERP Central Component), and Business Intelligence or equivalent ERP system preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- SAP Certification a plus.
- Proven project management skills preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to develop and manage action plans to achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good presentation skills preferred.
The position requires working in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday. This position is a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
