The Cloud Infrastructure and Platform team is seeking an experienced Program Managers to help with Observability tool project. Come be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Platform team where we make all the extraordinary things happen. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective planning execution and delivery of critical projects.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and remove blockers in project

- Identify potential risks proactively

- Build an environment of trust where team members feel comfortable giving feedback

- Facilitate project ceremonies including daily stand-ups scheduling backlog grooming solution reviews and retrospectives

- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather information or updates

- Create communication including meeting notes and status updates to keep greater organization informed of changes

- Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation inclusive work items projects report updates

- Track and report on project logistics

Qualifications:

- 5 Years of Experience in technical program/project management

- PMP

- Good understanding of networking concepts software/hardware development lifecycle and cloud services deployment

- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.

- Proven ability to manage multiple action items with competing stakeholders and priorities

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Ability to multi-task analyze and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced collaborative environment.

- Good understanding of programmatic tools such as JIRA and Confluence

- Demonstrated knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies
