Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $35–$37/hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility by keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on large industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (motors, controls, VFDs, circuits)
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams
- Use tools and test equipment (meters, hand/power tools, etc.)
- Replace parts such as belts, bearings, motors, chains, and gearboxes
- Complete equipment changeovers to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Support general facility maintenance (basic plumbing, repairs, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with 3-phase motors and up to 480V systems
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience
- Industrial maintenance experience on large machinery
Work Environment:
Clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility with large production equipment. Hands-on role requiring safe work practices around operating machinery.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $76960.00/yr.
