Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and foster relationships.
- Receive training in financial management aspects of project production, including contract writing, proposal preparation, and budget management.
- Develop presentation skills for local planning and zoning boards.
- Enhance technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop a team of design professionals.
- Manage the project lifecycle from initial scoping through project closeout.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
Will work out of the Raleigh office and be in office 3-4 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days.
