What You'll Do
As a Project Architect, you'll serve as a critical link between design, technical execution, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of project documentation from schematic design through construction.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Principals, and design teams to execute project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documents for a variety of project types.
- Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams and assist in resolving design and construction challenges.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal team members throughout the design and documentation process.
- Participate in client meetings and support project communication efforts.
- Oversee project documentation quality and help ensure deliverables meet schedule and project requirements.
- Support construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, conducting field observations, and assisting with project closeout.
- Mentor and support less experienced team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Assist with presentations, project coordination, and design implementation throughout all project phases.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 7+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
- Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on healthcare, education, commercial, retail, office, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Client-facing experience and participation in project meetings.
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
