The Manager-Marketing CRM will develop and implement marketing CRM strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement. This role will work closely with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and convert them into revenue. Additionally, the position involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns. By ensuring the effective use of the Marketing CRM system, this role will significantly impact business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement Marketing CRM strategies and programs to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
-Collaborate with Sales and other members of the Marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads that turn into opportunities and revenue.
-Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns.
-Monitor and measure the effectiveness and ROI of CRM campaigns and initiatives, using analytics to optimize performance.
-Ensure the Marketing CRM system is effectively utilized, maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospect/contact records.
-Manage and conduct monthly Net Promoter Score Surveys reporting to sr leadership.
-Create reports and presentations on CRM activities and outcomes for sr leadership.
-Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and best practices.
-Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve CRM strategies and tools.
-Manage and maintain customer segmentation and targeting processes.
-Provide positive and constructive feedback, including disciplinary action to employees regarding job performance as it relates to the general job requirements of those employees they lead.
-Assist in interviewing and making hiring, termination and promotional decisions
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience leading CRM and customer journey efforts for a B2B company, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously Pardot)
- 4 years of experience in leveraging data/analytics to identify audiences and uncover insights for targeting (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Understanding on how salesforce system/CRM can integrate with website and paid adverting data, five9 phone systems
- Experience doing both creative email campaign and technical execution of those campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
