Job Description
Join a dedicated team supporting aseptic fill finish operations for prefilled syringe manufacturing within isolator-based production lines. This role involves executing GMP manufacturing activities, operating isolator equipment, and ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor isolator-based fill finish equipment used in the production of prefilled syringes.
- Perform aseptic operations including component preparation and staging, line setup and changeovers, as well as filling, stoppering, and capping activities.
- Execute manufacturing processes in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, batch records, and safety requirements.
- Perform routine process checks and inspections to ensure product quality and process control.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and electronic systems.
- Identify and escalate deviations, equipment issues, or process abnormalities to supervision and quality teams.
- Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities as required.
- Maintain cleanroom standards, including gowning qualification and housekeeping of classified areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to support continuous operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing environments, specifically working on isolator lines.
- Understanding of aseptic processing.
- GMP - bioworks certification or previous GMP aseptic manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in aseptic gowning or sterile operations.
- Biowork certification.
This position is based on-site in Wilson, NC, following a 2-2-3 day shift schedule. The role involves working in a GMP compliant sterile manufacturing environment, with a focus on collaboration and cross-training opportunities for professional development. The site leadership is supportive, and there are opportunities for growth in manufacturing experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
