Job Description

Join our dynamic team and work as an Architectural Designer on various commercial projects, including office buildings, hotels, banks, and high-end remodels. We are a Design-Build firm looking to expand our small but talented team.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft commercial construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects and clients to develop project concepts.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and SketchUp with high proficiency.
• Detail and finalize architectural drawings using Revit.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all design and drafting work.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commercial design firms.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Photoshop Suite, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction documents, design, and drafting.
• Experience with Revit and architectural drawing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Licensure is not required.
• Photography skills are a plus.
