Responsibilities- Feed boards into automated saws and catch them on the back end.
- Sort boards based on truss and project numbers.
- Manually lift boards onto truss tables.
- Read blueprints to determine the placement of plates, with training provided.
- Use a hammer to attach joint plates onto truss boards.
- Operate a nailer to secure boards together.
- Band completed trusses in the yard for shipping.
- General labor and construction experience.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Basic math skills.
- Carpentry skills.
- Experience in manufacturing processes.
- Preferred ability to read and interpret a tape measure, with training available.
- Capability to work on hands and knees and climb onto four-foot-tall truss tables.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
