Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dependable seasonal workers to assist during the upcoming harvest season. This role is focused on maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the grain facility while supporting day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and working around grain handling equipment.

Responsibilities
- Shovel and scoop grain dust and debris throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas.
- Assist with general housekeeping and cleanup duties.
- Help support loading and unloading truck operations (primarily automated systems).
- Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines.
- Assist with other harvest-related tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience in farm, ranch, construction, general labor, or cleaning.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Not afraid of heights or working in tight/confined spaces.
- Comfortable working in dusty and dirty environments.
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment.
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor work environment with exposure to heights, confined spaces, dust, dirt, and varying weather conditions. The role requires physical labor, including standing, walking, lifting, shoveling, and bending throughout the day. The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:40 PM. During the harvest season, the schedule will be approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days per week, with overtime opportunities available during peak harvest season.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
