Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and governance of marketing data across systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, and Product teams to strengthen and scale marketing data infrastructure.
- Support the evolution towards a centralized marketing data environment and improve data flow into marketing platforms.
- Develop and scale automated reporting to provide a trusted view of marketing performance.
- Ensure consistent definition, calculation, and reporting of key marketing KPIs.
- Serve as the primary marketing advocate in cross-functional prioritization.
- Partner with marketing teams to prioritize and execute website and landing page improvements.
- Establish structured testing and optimization processes to improve conversion rates.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in marketing strategy, development, and technology.
- Understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis (coding experience not required).
- Experience with Salesforce software and Power BI.
- Background in marketing data infrastructure, tracking, and tagging.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, SFMC, and analytics tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment across marketing, data, and technical teams.
- Background in digital marketing measurement and tracking.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Omaha, Nebraska. The marketing team consists of around 15-20 members. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
