Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HCM Coordinator to provide support across the organization by managing employee service requests, maintaining personnel data, and ensuring organizational information is accurately updated within HR systems. This role plays a key part in delivering responsive service, resolving inquiries, and supporting business operations through effective case management and data administration.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and internal business partners by providing responsive and professional support.
- Utilize technology and HR systems to resolve employee inquiries and complete service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage assigned cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
- Follow established processes and procedures while escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Apply business knowledge and critical thinking to address issues with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Create, update, and maintain organizational structures, personnel records, and HR master data within SAP.
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in collaboration and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of business processes, controls, and workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and dependability.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- Previous experience working with SAP.
- Experience in a shared services or customer support environment.
