CONSTRUCTION LABORER

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Dig, excavate, and prep job sites
- Install drainage systems and waterproofing products
- Assist with foundation and structural repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Load materials and support the crew
- Work outdoors and stay active
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ months of construction, landscaping, labor, or physical work experience
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance
