Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team, where you will be the first point of contact for vendors and guests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet people and assist with check-ins for vendors and guests.
• Direct visitors to different buildings or locations as needed.
• Assist with event signage for 3-4 onsite events per week.
• Maintain a hospitality mindset, treating everyone as an executive.
• Communicate effectively using a personal phone, as contractors will not be provided a work phone.
• Help set up events and provide support staff services.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Experience in operations, receptionist duties, hospitality, or as an executive assistant.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite, with typical working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The dress code is business casual, where jeans and a nice shirt are acceptable, along with sneakers and visible tattoos. Free breakfast, lunch, and coffee are provided onsite. Contractors are allotted a one-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, with strict adherence to break times due to the front desk responsibilities.
