Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Architect to join our team, contributing to the future growth and success of our firm. You will play a key role in producing the design for living and healthcare facilities, helping to redefine and improve these essential community spaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and execute design concepts that meet client needs and project goals.
- Prepare construction documents and oversee construction administration.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed architectural drawings.
- Engage in design development and project architect duties, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Essential Skills
- 7+ years of experience in architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with exposure to Revit.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- On a path to licensure or already licensed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in architectural design, construction documentation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of design development processes.
- Commitment to achieving licensure with available assistance provided.
Work Environment
Join a 20-person architecture and interiors studio located in Southern NJ. The collaborative team of architects, interior designers, and landscape designers provides a supportive and creative environment, dedicated to delivering thoughtful and impactful designs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
