Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in receiving and put-away of inbound freight, picking and shipping customer orders, and facilitating product distribution to and from manufacturing. You will also ensure the proper rotation of products using FIFO/FEFO systems and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities- Receive and tag items with barcode labels, pallet tags, and allergen stickers.
- Organize stocked items, ensuring allergen separation and easy accessibility.
- Inspect inventory for defects and damages, reporting issues to the Inventory Control Department.
- Report quality defects of ingredients to the Quality Control team.
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment.
- Utilize RF scanner for inventory control and order picking.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety rules.
- Proficiency with RF scanning systems.
- Experience operating reach trucks and hi-lows.
- Knowledge of FIFO system.
- Ability to work from pick lists and system-driven reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with standard mathematical skills.
- Understanding and application of safety rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm. You will work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer conditions, often near moving machinery and at heights. Occasionally, you may be exposed to wet and humid conditions, temperature extremes, and airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate. The facility may handle products containing peanuts, milk, and tree nuts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.
