Key Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach truck and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners to track, scan, and verify inventory
- Stage, organize, and relocate products to designated warehouse locations
- Conduct pre-operation forklift inspections and report any issues
- Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Work with team members and supervisors to achieve daily warehouse goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating Sit-Down and Reach Truck forklifts
- Minimum 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Experience with shipping and receiving operations
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.64 - $22.64/hr.
