Job Title: Process Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Process Operator to oversee and operate UHT process equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and safety in alignment with GMP's, SOP's, and SQF standards. This role involves working with automated industrial equipment, maintaining safety, and ensuring the efficiency of operations.
2nd. shift: 2;30pm - 11pm (might be required to start couple hours earlier or stying later)
Responsibilities
- Operate, change over, and perform basic maintenance on automated industrial equipment.
- Report all food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the overall safety, quality, and efficiency of the work center.
- Maintain a neat and sanitary work area at all times.
- Conform to dress code and personal protective equipment policies.
- Perform additional duties as instructed by management.
- Operate and understand control systems.
Essential Skills
- Ability to work in a GMP/SOP environment with protective gear.
- Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Good attendance record and ability to work quickly.
- At least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive, physical work environment, preferably manufacturing GMP.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use production computer screens.
- Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of skill assessments as per company policy.
- Ability to learn and operate scanning technology.
- Experience in relevant skills and operations.
- SQF, GMP, and SOP training.

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing environment adhering to CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, with varying temperatures. Work boots and appropriate protective gear, such as hair nets, are required. Shift is as follows: 2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm,

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.34 - $25.34/hr.
