Seeking to hire experienced Forklfit Operators located in Swedesboro, NJ. This role focuses on safely operating a standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks in a busy warehouse environment. You will support shipping and receiving operations by moving products efficiently, using RF scanners to track inventory, and helping maintain an organized, clean, and safe facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate a standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including moving pallets and materials within the warehouse.
- Use an RF scanner to scan, track, and verify products and inventory movements.
- Stage, organize, and relocate products in designated warehouse locations to support production and distribution needs.
- Inspect forklifts and related equipment before use and report any issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including keeping work areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping, receiving, and production support goals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.39 - $22.39/hr.
