Warehouse Worker on the Intel Campus – Shift 7
Job Description
This role supports a large, fast-paced campus by transporting materials, performing shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining clean, safe tool equipment areas. You will use tablets, computers, and RF scanners to access orders, pick and pack materials, and deliver them throughout the facility while working both in the warehouse stockroom and, over time, in factory support roles that require wearing a full cleanroom suit and extensive walking.
Responsibilities
- Use tablets and computers to access, review, and process orders accurately.
- Work throughout the campus to transport materials between the warehouse, stockroom, and various facility locations.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading and loading materials, verifying shipments, and documenting inventory movements.
- Pick, pack, package, and label orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate RF scanners and RF scan guns to perform order picking, order pulling, inventory checks, and stocking activities.
- Support warehouse distribution by palletizing, staging, and organizing products for delivery.
- Use pallet jacks and forklifts (including sit-down forklifts, as trained and authorized) to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and assist with inventory control activities.
- Deliver received orders throughout the facility in a timely and organized manner.
- Clean specific tool equipment and maintain a clean, orderly work area in both warehouse and factory support environments.
- Train for and perform Warehouse Stockroom duties outside of the factory, ensuring materials are stored and managed correctly.
- Train for and perform factory support roles such as FOUP Wash and Reticle Rover, which involve extensive walking and precise handling of materials.
- Wear and work in a full cleanroom “bunny suit” when performing inside-factory support tasks, following all cleanroom protocols.
- Follow all site, safety, and operational policies and procedures at all times.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as needed.
- Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, packing, and stocking.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading materials.
- Proficiency with computers and tablets to access orders and update information.
- Experience with spreadsheets for basic data entry and tracking.
- Ability to use RF scanners or RF scan guns for inventory, order picking, and order pulling.
- Experience with warehouse inventory and inventory control activities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift, including extensive walking in factory support roles.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working in cleanroom environments and handling sensitive materials.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment while following detailed procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, including sit-down forklifts, in a warehouse environment.
- Experience using pallet jacks and performing palletizing tasks.
- Background in warehouse distribution or stockroom operations.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment while wearing a full bunny suit.
- Willingness to cross-train for multiple roles, including Warehouse Stockroom, FOUP Wash, and Reticle Rover.
- Strong reliability and willingness to follow strict safety and operational policies and procedures.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite role on Shift 7, working 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday through Saturday with every other Wednesday. The work takes place in both warehouse and factory settings on a large, fast-paced campus. The environment is highly safety-conscious, with established policies and procedures that must be followed at all times. Team members wear casual workwear appropriate for an industrial setting and are required to have steel or composite safety shoes that cover the ankles; above-ankle steel-toe footwear is required when supporting warehouse operations. For factory support duties, you will work inside the factory in a full cleanroom bunny suit and will be on your feet for most of the day, often walking long distances. The role involves regular use of computers, tablets, RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (as trained and authorized), and other standard warehouse equipment. You will receive extensive training and ongoing support to perform both warehouse stockroom and factory support responsibilities effectively.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rio Rancho, NM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
